CDL Prep Pro is a self-contained study app. We do not require accounts, and we do not collect personally identifiable information. Specifically:

• No account required. The display name you enter is stored locally on your device and is not sent to a server.
• No location data. The app does not request or use location.
• No contacts, photos, microphone, or camera access. The app does not request these permissions.
• No tracking. We do not use third-party analytics, ad networks, or trackers.

Information Stored Locally on Your Device

The app stores your display name, study preferences (dark mode and the "include chocks" toggle), quiz progress, and purchase unlock status on your device only. This data never leaves your device and is removed when you uninstall the app.

Children's Privacy

The app is suitable for users of all ages. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone, including children under 13.
