FuelRing — Support
Calorie & Macro Tracker by Monarch Prime Labs
My data disappeared
FuelRing stores everything on your device only — there is no account and no cloud sync, so data never moves between devices on its own. If you deleted the app, reinstalled iOS, or switched phones without restoring a backup, your log is gone. Going forward, use Settings → Back up my data regularly (the app also reminds you every 30 days), and Settings → Restore from a backup to bring it back on a new device.
The barcode scanner won't open
Make sure FuelRing has camera permission: iOS Settings → FuelRing → Camera. If you denied it during setup, toggle it on there and reopen the app. You can also always enter a barcode number by hand from the same screen.
I bought Pro but it's still locked
Open Settings inside the app and tap Restore purchases. This re-checks your Apple ID for the purchase and unlocks it immediately — no need to buy it again. Make sure you're signed into the same Apple ID you purchased with.
Apple Health isn't syncing
Automatic Apple Health sync is a FuelRing Pro feature — without Pro, use Settings → Apple Health → Import to bring in an export file. If you have Pro, check iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Health → FuelRing, and make sure Steps, Active Energy, and Weight are turned on. FuelRing only reads this data to display it — it never writes anything back to Health.
Importing from MyFitnessPal or Cronometer
Export your data from that app (usually a CSV or a .zip), then in FuelRing go to Settings → Switching apps? and select the file. Your existing entries are never duplicated — importing again later only adds what's new.

Apple Health no sincroniza
