ReviveX — Support

Lift. Run. Revive.

Questions, feedback, or something not working right? Email monarchprimelabs@gmail.com — we read every message. Include your device model and iOS version if you are reporting a problem.

Is ReviveX available to download yet?

Not yet. ReviveX is in development and is not on the App Store, Google Play, or TestFlight. Check back here for availability.

Does ReviveX cost anything, and how do purchases work?

Everything in the app is currently free and unlocked. A ReviveX Pro membership (a monthly plan and an annual plan with a 7-day free trial) is built in but switched off. When it is enabled on iOS, purchases and Restore Purchases go through your Apple ID, and subscriptions can be managed or cancelled in your App Store account settings.

Where is my training data stored?

On your device only. Workouts, routines, runs, hybrid sessions, body weight, and GPS routes live in the app's local storage. There are no accounts and no cloud backup. You can export your complete dataset from the Profile screen, and uninstalling the app deletes all app data.

What permissions does ReviveX ask for?

Location, requested only when you start an outdoor GPS run (with an optional always-allow permission so tracking continues while the screen is locked during an active run), and Apple Health or Health Connect if you choose to connect them. Both are optional.

Do I need an account?

No. Your profile is local and private. The app contains an optional community sign-in screen, but it is not configured or active in the current build.
